Basically, git pull then reload the necessary stuff.
Options to git pull from other remotes (so my fork can pull upstream)
Reload modules, by unrequiring them, and requiring them again
reboot if can't reload.

It is possible to see if a mod deleted a message using the audit logs. If anyone other than the user who made the message deletes the message, it shows up in the audit logs. We can get this data and show who deleted it if we have audit log perms. It's also a possibility, that upon deleting a message, we can inject a variable either into a set or smth, or the message itself to say that we deleted without querying the audit log.
