out_of_char = f'[^{self.opt.character}]'
self.opt.character is 0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
out_of_char is [^**0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz**]
can you tell me what the three new characters [ ,^, and ] mean?
