Chrome 56 and Opera 43 has landed Scroll Anchoring support by default, what makes Scrollbear no more relevant for Chrome and Opera.

Please notice it in README.md. Also Scrollbear can check if supported and used default "overflow-anchor: auto", and if "yes", then don't execute Scrollbear.

I'm an intern from cdnjs. I want to add your library, but we need the minified file by the rule. And I faced some problem when trying to minify your library. So would you please add a minified file called scrollbear.min.js in github and npm? Thank you. :)

If there is no enough content to show scrollbar before images are loaded scrollbar position doesn't stay on content level, so i can't see any difference between with/without scrollbar example
