User story
After users confirm several anchor sets, they want to update the model. To this end, we shall add a component with a button that will trigger the model update by requesting /api/model_update. This component will also be used to visualize the overall statistics (how many cells are annotated) and perhaps the users' edits in each iteration in the future.

• Create a contour line display to visualize the density map of the reference cells. By default, use a gray-scale color scheme.
• Add switches for user to select different display modes:
  • Show Query Cells: whether to show query cells.
  • Reference Map Color: whether to color the contour line visualization of reference cells.
• When users select to color the reference map. For each cell type, create a contour line layer, overlap them together with opacity.

When users hover on an anchor set, highlight the corresponding query cells in the comparison view and focus on the corresponding cells in the supporting view.

• Highlight means using different encodings to distinguish the cells (e.g., changing the color of the rest of the cells to gray).
• Focus means highlighting the cells and moving the camera to the area containing the cells.
