行政区划数据是重要的基础地理信息数据，但目前市面上能使用的行政区域数据问题颇多。基于上述问题，我想基于权威的行政区划数据，制作一套1993年-2022年的长时间序列的、具有符合民政部属性的、开放获取的行政区划数据。
CTA_map 即是这样一套全国长时间序列的省市县矢量区划数据。
