如果开机后才联网，速度不显示

方法如下：
开机前断开无线局域网，并且拔掉网线，开机后打开chdc，插网线，速度显示bug
关于无法勾选
修改了bat适应自己的电脑，文件issue
安装过程正常，但是不能从工具栏勾选
如果时间允许，能否看一下是不是我的错误
win10 任务栏放在左边无法正确显示

我在使用这个工具发现，针对win10操作系统，如果任务栏放在左边时，不能正确显示网速，在底部时能正确显示，麻烦您有时间看一下，多谢。
切换网络状态速度消失
Win10，用网线的时候速度没问题，拔出来用无线的时候网速显示就不正确了
