We found that it was caused by the jackstraw conflict, please tell us whether to install ncchung/jackstraw. We recommend using jackstraw_pca instead of jackstraw.pca function.

I tried to install this package but failed.
The information told me that "Error: (converted from warning) dependencies ‘qvalue’, ‘lfa’ are not available" when I tried to update some package at "Which would you like to update?""Enter one or more numbers separated by spaces, or an empty line to cancel"
How should I deal with this problem?
