datepicker's Issues

not displaying correct values after submission

I would like to submit date values via get and post methods and used the following configuration
#datePickerTag(name="qdate",value=params.qdate,dateFormat="dd/mm/yy",label="Date Search", placeholder="Date")#
but unfortunately i noticed the following
When i enter the european format for example 5/10/2019, i get the american after submission 10/5/2019 and when i enter 22/10/2019, i get the correct value 22/10/2019. In general lines for values below 12 of each month, i get the american which is the opposite and for values above 12 of each month i get the right one without modification.

Any idea what is happening wrong?

Regards

box .json needed

To get this working on forgebox + CLI, you'll need:

{
 "name":"DatePicker",
 "version":"2.0.0",
 "author":"Adam Chapman",
 "location":"chapmandu/datepicker#v2.0.0",
 "directory":"/plugins/",
 "createPackageDirectory":true,
 "packageDirectory":"DatePicker",
 "slug":"Datepicker",
 "type":"cfwheels-plugins",
 "homepage":"https://github.com/chapmandu/datepicker",
 "shortDescription":"CFWheels DatePicker Plugin",
 "private":false,
 "scripts":{
   "postVersion":"package set location='chapmandu/datepicker#v`package version`'",
 "patch-release":"bump --patch",
 "minor-release":"bump --minor",
 "major-release":"bump --major",
 "postPublish":"!git push --follow-tags && publish"
  }
}

Once you've committed that, then just do run-script patch-release to update to 2.0.1
