Also improve data.py: make it able to re-calculate ALL items*.yml with ALL stats*.yml at once.

Simple idea:

1. rename column Movement to Others and add Unstable Stats from Passives into it.
2. add a button between filters and header (in a brand new area).

Currently, the comparison of items between patches is initiated by setting a rough item name (to capture items with different notes) and restricted by using the excludes field. This approach may lead to unexpected errors, as the light/ruin series might be replaced with the normal version.

Currently, the page only supports Include Stats Filters, which is inconvenient for users who want to exclude certain stats.

The main purpose of adding Exclude Stat Filters is to make it easier for users to exclude equipment with unwanted attributes. For example, in the highly cost-effective Awe passive series, most champs may not need equipment with a large proportion of the Mana attribute.

This update reduces the cost of each max mana from 3.0 to 0.86 (previously, it was too high compared to the PC version's 1.4).
