When ticket is printed, middle container is moved down the page

• Use waze api to find traffic incidents in a predefined area around current location.
• Use geolocation features to convert lat/long from waze to intersections or streets
  -- perhaps overlay a map and place the pins instead (may be more difficult)

After pressing done once the ticket has been printed, it should not be visible upon return to startPage.

reformat QR scan to include text boxes inside QR logo field.
