I've done the homework but somehow GitHub would not allow me to create a new pull request.

Does anyone know what might be the reason and what should I do?

I have been waiting for the reviews to be assigned to me but I haven't been able to find anything up on the list. On the webpage, it says, "If you submitted your pull request on-time, you were randomly assigned two other pull requests to evaluate. If you did not submit your pull request on-time, you are still expected to perform two peer evaluations. Select any two pull requests and provide feedback on their submission."

To give you more information, I completed my assignment days before the deadline and I already have been graded by one of the TAs. It says that the case is closed and I am not able to find my homework anymore. I was hence waiting for the reviews to be assigned. Could you please check if everything is okay? Also, could you tell me if I should just go ahead and select any two pull requests?
