An extension library with lua-iconv

Use the
git clonecommand to clone the code into the3rddirectory of the framework. -
Finally, use the
make buildcommand to compile the code without errors, then you can start using it in the project.
The liconv library only provides UTF-8 to other character sets and other character sets to UTF-8.
Function prototype: liconv.from(opcode, text)
This method will convert everything in the text parameter from the opcode character set to the UTF-8 character set. In any case, an exception will be raised as long as the encoding conversion error occurs.
The opcode parameter is a string type, and the optional value of opcode will be listed at the end of the document;

Convert the content of text from from_opcode to to_opcode, where from_opcode is the current encoding of text, and to_opcode is the converted encoding of text. The return value is the converted content of text.
opcode includes but is not limited to the following values, the specific convertible encoding is determined by the operating system and dependent library version.
