Rework the UI to match version from original SCGUI (release v2.2). This includes:

• Different ordering of items for Order by and Aggregate options
• Add optional fields selection
• Change output format options
• Remove time selection from custom options

Original SCGUI introduced a system for storing, loading and removing filter expression. This should be ported to SCGUI2.

Goals:

• Add means to store and load expressions
• Add means to delete them from database as well

Ideally implement those on per user basis, so each user can have his own mixture of saved expressions

It would be really great if the GUI could optionally show Nemea events in the timeline (graph). This is probably a feature that should be added to the LiberouterGUI as it will be easier to follow the event to the appropriate module on click.

Button for setting channel count of a newly created profile is broken due to changes in the bootstrap core. Solution will be the same as with this commit dc34f4f

When using Firefox, the fdistdump modal is rather small with text overflowing it. This is probably caused by bumping to new versions of ng-bootstrap and bootstrap.
