Samplicate OCF RA shallow and deep monitor

On node startup, the ocf::cesnet::samplicate OCF RA has the same issues as the ocf::cesnet::samplicate had: samplicate_monitor_0 on dc1.liberouter.org 'not installed' (5): call=24, status=complete, exitreason='configuration file doesn't exist: "/data/conf/samplicate.conf"'. The cluster performs monitor actions before it starts any resource, which results in the existence check of the samplicate configurate file located on the "conf" gluster volume before this volume is mounted.

Possible solutions:

  • don't test configuration file existence during the monitor action
  • implement shallow and deep monitor actions
