Yes, this is a long test that tests out various solver combinations. Depending on your system it can take a while.

On my 2+ year old macbook, the test runs in about 6 minutes. I am going to close this bug for now. We can revisit it if it requires changes to the build environment.
In general, we are looking into making the tests a bit better behaved.
