Since the Angular code was moved out of the asset pipeline the following is raising an exception when I run Jasmine:

I understand for brevity the author omitted the controller specs, however, is it possible for you to include them (either in master or in another branch) so that we can see how they should be written. I am currently trying to bootstrap my Rails app with AngularJS and it would be great to have it than figure it out.

An error is thrown in IE due to this line:

$xhr.defaults.headers.delete['X-CSRF-Token'] = token;

I believe it's due to delete being a keyword - is there a way around this? The issue causes the example not to work in IE.
