Hi,

I installed the Hime extension . Syntax highlighting and auto completion are working well.
But if I'm trying to compile/test from the palette command , nothing happens.
I have a working installation of java (1.8.271) so I let the jave setting empty (tried with specifying the path, nothing changed)

First off, thanks for this wonderful VS Code extension! :)

I'm trying out Hime in VS Code on Windows 10 and compilation was not working. So I tried "Test on input" and found out that Hime got a weird file URL:

c:/c%3A/...

adding the following line of code above https://github.com/cenotelie/hime-vscode/blob/master/src/hime.ts#L160 seemed to fix it:

file = decodeURIComponent(file.substring(1));

(I did so in the JavaScript, not the TypeScript)

For others needing this workaround, the file to edit is:

C:\Users\%user%\.vscode\extensions\cenotelie.hime-language-0.2.4\target\hime.js
