The training data is self-contained with all the emissions, met, MOVES efs, etc. for a small one month case. It's based on the 2018v2 modeling platform. Scripts that are run during the training:

The test data is based on the 2017gb_17j emissions case from the 2017 Emissions Modeling Platform (https://www.epa.gov/air-emissions-modeling/2017-emissions-modeling-platform)
