The publisher's certificate could not be verified

The crash rate is high, however, AppCenter does not support catching C/C++ crashes in UWP app. We might either has to use Breakpad or integrate with another crash reporting service.

This version should already work on Xbox, maybe WebView for add-ons wouldn't load.

What we need to do would be...

• Add support for more controller buttons
• Remove features that are not suitable on Xbox
• User interface that are adapted to Xbox

1. should probably remove Simulation.Time as this might often return a value that cannot be represented by Windows. always use Julian day use DateTime for picker
2. return empty in custom date formatter when the date is out of range and cannot be formatted
3. in time setting dialog, should add an option to specify julian day directly so that a date outside Windows accepted range can be used.
