Recently, "history covert channels" were proposed by us as an entirely new class of covert channels.
Add history CCs to Ch 4 (and maybe some optimization parts to Ch. 6)

Add the exercises from Hagen Univ. / make them public, including the sample solutions.
Wait for two papers to be accepted first.
