blood sprites should be placed at

• random angle
• random distance from enemy
• random intensity

intensity is random amount of blood drop sprites spawned upon hit

• for loop with random upper limit in which angle and distance are calculated for each blood drip sprite

As a player of the game I don't want to fiddle around with installing python and arcade. There should be a single file executable that can be downloaded and played.

Create a build workflow to build a single-file executable for windows here.

On some devices (modern mac, windows) the instruction and game over screen are flickering. This should be fixed.

Maybe enabling VSync will remedy this problem (Suggested by reddit user in https://www.reddit.com/r/pythonarcade/comments/10wr5yn/screen_flickering_on_macbooks_with_m1m2_chips/)
