contrast-agent-injector's Issues

feat: Alternatives ways to configure agent keys

Currently, in order to configure the agent API and service keys, you have to create a secret from a contrast_security.yaml file and pass that secret name into the service (or helm chart). Supporting injecting those secrets via environment variables into Pods would be more flexible and support more use cases.

The work involved would likely be:

  • Support passing in an arbitrary secret name and keys to reference the API key, service key, url, and username so they can be injected into Pods via environment variables.
  • Support setting the API username and url via the Helm chart (as plaintext)
