Add documentation and tests for new-project script

Add Continuous Integration

We're using travis-ci. The integration should be done once we have some tests to run.

Sanity check project name to make sure it's conforms to PEP 8

For example, a name with a hyphen (-) in it will cause problems.

connecting to nodes via ssh

I am trying to connect to a node with ssh node030 command. Yesterday I could connect, but today it doesn't accept my password and I get an error like this:

[amineh@polestar amineh]$ ssh node030
amineh@node030's password: 
Permission denied, please try again.
amineh@node030's password:

I have tried this multiple times with different nodes, but I still can't connect. Do you know what might be causing this?
