instead of cloning every repo in an organization, have a script clone only the repos listed in a log file.

The scripts work off of a wiki signup system that isn't great. Changing this over to one based on a csv file instead. Thus, it would be possible to setup a google form allowing your students to put in the info you need. This information can then be downloaded as a csv file. The file will then be processed by the script to generate the repos. This process will write out a log file all repos generated. This will allow us to more easily clone and delete repos based on a log file. The basic premise is that if you created the repos in one batch you would be interested in working with all of them.
