Actually, I spoke too soon. I created a new version of the function that wouldn't work for me with a unique name and it has the same failure. I think there is something wrong more generally.

Hey!
After debugging a little the problem is related to the frontend. The Deprecated SQL Function has a secondary source param that is optional and in somewhere in frontend is not taking into account that possibility.
Please, @ramiroaznar move it to Frontend section in RP's kanban and @rubenmoya would be more than happy to help with it.

Apparently, this is a known bug when there are multiple functions with the same name made by people in the same org. Closing this out

hey @stuartlynn so what's the best way to move forward? is there a particular analysis node to use for the custom ones? for example, if i want to do projections, which one should i use?

I need more context to debug what's going on:
- What are maps being affected by this issue?
- What's the function name that has stopped working?
- What are the users, organization affected?

@dgaubert AFAIK this is impacting team organization plus all other Enterprise customers that have the deprecated-sql-function feature flag enabled such as FCC, DHL, DPD, Neinver... I believe no function is working.
I have replicated the issue using DEP_divide function. Here is the .carto:

Notice that you would need to create/store the function before.

So we have been using this to reach the last, difficult points with
customers in helping them achieve their goals.
With NYC Health, we set up a 'Group by Column and then Aggregate" node
to help them match what they are doing in R. They loved it, saw it for one
day on Friday two weeks ago, then it broke.
I was working to use it on a viz for the Mayor's office, using binning
with 311 data to highlight hot areas better than out heatmaps could.
I'm about to install if for FCC (fresh of a core upgrade) to help them
mimic ArcGIS's 'Dissolve' feature to combine areas with like attributes
into one polygon.
It is an incredibly seful tool for data science work and we are helping
people see the power of the platform with these initiatives.
