Welcome to the DSCatalog! This is a Java-based web application developed using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL for data storage, and JPA for data access. The project aims to provide a user-friendly platform to manage and catalog various products efficiently.

With this application, users can easily add new products, update existing ones, search for specific products, and perform other essential CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on the product database. The project also comes equipped with comprehensive test cases written using JUnit to ensure the application's robustness.

To run this project locally, please follow these instructions:

1. Prerequisites:

   • Java Development Kit (JDK) (17 X or higher) installed on your machine.
   • PostgreSQL database server (12 X or higher) up and running.
   • Git (optional but recommended) to clone the project repository.

2. Clone the repository:

3. Build and Run the project:

To use the Catalog of Products application, follow these steps:

• Ensure the application is up and running locally.
• Open your web browser and navigate to http://localhost:8080.
• You will be presented with the homepage of the application.
• Explore the various features such as adding products, updating details, searching, and more.
• Enjoy managing your product catalog efficiently!
