binarycommitteemachinefbp.jl's Issues

Get local entropy dependency from distance from reference using Focusing Belief Propagation.

Dear authors,

I recently read your paper "Efficiency of quantum versus classical annealing in
non-convex learning problems" and found it to be very interesting. I have been trying to run the code in the paper in order to obtain the figure 3 (C) in the main text, checked documentation for the code and supplementary information, but am still unable to do so.
I run focusingBP(321, 5, 0.3, randfact=0.1, seed=135, max_iters=1, damping=0.5); from docs, but have no idea how can I take information about how local entropy depends on distance d from reference, and also how can I pass a certain reference to focusingBP function.
I was wondering if you could clarify the further steps how to obtain the figure in the paper?

Thank you very much for your help.

Sincerely,
Filipp
