The _navigation partial should contain a link to / with a pretty little house picture (home-icon.svg already in the repo)

And the link should work properly on github pages deploy (see #8 for reference).

Apparently #9 didn't really fix the issue.

To verify that it's broken

• visit https://carbonfive.github.io/c5-zine/
• scroll to the bottom
• click a past issue link
• 404 :(

We have some issues with the pages specified in the footer.

The first one you click works just fine.
But after that, each subpage is now building additional subpage links under that page.

e.g.
I click on issue4
I see issue 4
I click on issue 3 from that page
It tries to load /issue4/issue3/
If (magically) that succeeded, and i clicked on issue 2 i'd be directed to /issue4/issue3/issue2

It's related to the fact that we're using middleman and serving via gh-pages whose root is carbonfive.github.io with a sub directory of c5-zine.

I think the solution is to build urls that start at / but they need to know (maybe at middleman build time) that the "root" is /c5-zine/
