Double overlay issue

Hello! I've noticed recently, within the last few days a 00:0X overlay appearing behind the FPS counter, like so:

I'm on the latest version playing on the windows/steam client. If I can provide any other info please let me know. Thanks!

Shows half fps

It's only showing half my actual fps.

I am using G-sync if that makes a difference. Afterburner will say 100, while plugin will say 50

window keeps moving back to spot

If you pull the window over to a second monitor (as I have always had it) it move back 1/2 way to the first monitor. For example I unlock window move it to my other monitor (where i have always had it) lock window and soon as I close fps config window it moves back to the first monitor but not all the way see Pic 1 and Pic 2
