Problem: Certain song icons are currently incorrect or outdated.
Details: Need new song icons for the Aria and any songs not currently covered by XI View. Some of the icons SE use are overwritten.

Love the xi-view! But is it possible to make the bard songs more specific, for example to see which is Honor March or Victory March, or Minuet 3-5.

I have ran into many instances when someone loses a march (dispel) but we are not able to identify which one. Is it possible to make the Honor March icon stand out from the other March icons? Maybe use two 8th notes with a stem or give it its own color entirely?

ROM/119/57.DAT was updated by SE this month. Not sure of the necessary fix needed for XIView.

Hi there, I was wondering what is the default font use in ffxi view? I recently upgraded to 4k and the fonts look a lil blurry so I was thinking of attempting to upgrade the fonts textures from 256x256 to 512x512.

New versions of the following files were downloaded in the April 4th update.

ROM/0/12.DAT
ROM/119/57.DAT

Not a real issue. I like the modified 119/51.DAT except I want to keep the default fonts. The how to swap fonts pdf explains changing "font font" but this doesn't change the fonts in the top right corner menu and some other menus. Is there a default DDS provided in this repository which can replace the menu fonts, and if so which item in 119/51.DAT needs to change?

SE messed with the menus again and broke things. Can you fix this for us? The font and icons in this pack are my favorite!

Seems to be an issue with the old xiview version and the new chat function.
And backup files arent working either cause updates c.c
Game total crash when I expand the chat log
Managed to find the updated ffxi original dats from a friend and game isnt crashing anymore when I expand chat log.

New menu items, and probably new status icon added this month.

The November 2019 update added icons to statue nameplates in Dynamis Divergence. Not sure which DAT those are in, though.

After completing the new mentor roe, enabling the mentor status, and then viewing the Status > Profile window, the game crashes.

November Update modifies the in game menu and as such ROM/119/51.dat needs updated

Seems it was broken from forum posts. i know that it was removed from my days with update. i haven't tried to replace with current files here because of whats been said.

The buff icon for the new spirit bond icon is the debug/BC icon in the latest version of XI-View.

New menus, wardrobes, etc happening tonight. Most certainly will break the dats.

This month's update checked every file so all XIView was erased back to normal. This is unusual, so you'll have to examine the files to see if there are any changes. I do not believe anything in the update notes warranted new icons to be added, so the current version SHOULD be ok.

XI-View gives a great looking update to the UI in game, but the fonts render a bit blurry on my Retina MacBook Pro with a resolution of 2880x1800.

Is it possible to use XI-View to render the fonts at a higher resolution? Or is there any other way to do it?

I've not used XIView before but it might be nice to have a screenshot on the README so folks could see what the enhanced UI looks like and decide if they want to use it or not?

New Npc in all cities close to mog house "A.M.A.N Liasion" seems to make the game either crash or get grapic glitches when you are close to it

There seemed to be some changes to some of the status icon numbering. Icon for potpourri became debug options icon.

Looks like the Feb 2020 update overwrote this again.

New song icons were added, and they suck. Is the current XIView version compatible with the newest update?

any chance you can add XI Visions Dats with XIView.

All the links seems to be dead on the widower site.

SE said that they are redesigning the Config menu. There will probably need to be heavy editing. Update scheduled for May 10th.

Update overwrote XIView files. Unsure if there are changes, nothing is in the notes about icons.

PS: Should I keep making an issue post when changes happen? Is it useful or just an annoyance?

Looks like Odyssey has some new icon(s).

Playing the game on ultrawide, 3440x1440, the game looks great after doing several other tweaks and changes, but the last thing that constantly nags in the back of my mind: nameplates and icons are stretched out using the 16:9 version. Would it be possible to make a version for ultrawide? There's dozens of us that would appreciate it.

Just thought I'd drop an update since your repo is the original XIView as far as I can tell.

With Ashita v4 pivot replaces anything and everything the game loads because v4 loads it into the actual POL or bootloader process before the game starts.

The following files were updated by SE in the February 2019 Update. Not sure if they need updated with the mod.

Can you add the new mog wardrobes in its only shows up to 4 and no way to Access the new ones. Love this mod thanks so much!!!

A new icon was added for upcoming Prime Weapon aftermath and/or/maybe not afterglow.

Just fyi, SE made changes to the Quests menu section this update. May need adjustments if possible.^^

They added a new icon, Emporox's Gift, that gets overwritten when using these.
