Persistent settings

Save all configured settings (including API keys) to be used between launches

Open on boot

New toggle settings on whether or not ControlAgent should launch on boot, and if it should start the server on boot (provided there are valid settings saved).

app crashes after receiving sleep command

sleep command puts computer into "deep sleep", which disables network. listener is still running, and the app crashes because the interface being used by the TcpListener is no longer valid (or so I think the issue is...)

Minimize to system tray

New toggle in the config menu to allow minimizing to the system tray instead of the task bar.
