Solution made with Visual Studio Community 2013. The .net Framework Version is 4.0.
Just download and reference the dll in your Visual Studio Project. My Project -> References -> Add -> Browse to and select dll -> Save

I have found that Ase encryption is unstable during normal execution phase, testing phases are working normally. (This bug may be due to the Encryption Objects not Initializing in the module for packet)
Hopefully will fix with an edit to packet Encryption in the 0.1.6.0 version.
Sometimes, a message sent just after a successful connection makes the server append the client message to the client name.
Packets in NetMarshal can be received stuck together, therefore breaking packet decoding.
Apparent when not having the length header socket option set.
The client name is not refreshed if server auto increments it because that name is already taken by another connected client.
Merge the packet and intmsg classes.

Change the client name system to stop names with packet data in them and have a non server-client data helper mode.
There are code bugs in the message parsing system - will be fixed.
Expose other NetLib socket options such as LengthHeader for use within the NetMarshal namespace.
The ClientConnected and ClientDisconnected events in the TCP Marshal are called even when the TCP connection fails.
Basically, another bug (this time on the server) to do with event unreg from clientobj in the server class.
