IMAP clinet FETCH command problems

The FETCH command int eh IMAP clietn seems to have issues with the 
following commands:

BODY[]<>
BODY.PEEK[]<>
RFC822
RFC822.HEADER
RFC822.TEXT

the rest of hte FETCH commands seem to work properly.

IMAP Client not handling getting properly

IMAP client cannot handling the following RFC compliant greeting:

* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4REV1 LOGIN-REFERRALS STARTTLS LOGINDISABLED 
AUTH=GSSAPI] follmer.hem.za.org IMAP4rev1 2003.339 at Fri, 26 Oct 2007 
21:51:41 +0200 (CEST)

Both the LEEX and YECC grammar files need to be adjusted to handle this 
problem.
