The default color in the menu can be deleted if all text is removed. Colorable::setColor might be a solution

As of now, when binding a portal to a binder, the whole stack is bound that portal, this should not work like this and only consume one binder at a time.

Holding down sneak key could override this

• Portals should have the "creator" as the owner
• Portals can't be rebound without the owners permission (the owner always have such permission)

• The owner never pays the fee
• Everyone else must pay
• Users* may have and explicit "permission" from the owner, giving them free passage
