srm's Issues

MemoryError in srm.py

When I run script_example.sh on a dataset consisting of 500x500 matrices of 64 bit floats, a MemoryError is thrown at line 104 of srm.py:

bSig_x = bW.dot(bSig_s).dot(bW.T)

It seems that bSig_x is a 250000x250000 matrix of 64 bit floats (~465 GB). Is this some sort of error? If not, this is a pretty large memory requirement: do you have any suggestions for getting around this error?

README associated with Raider dataset

Hello,

The README given in SRM-master/data/input/raider/500vx/2203TR doesn't seem to correspond to the data in this folder. Specifically, the names of the files being described are not contained in this folder and the files that are contained, are not described. Could you please provide an updated README that describes the files given?

Thanks,
Brian
