程序功能说明

1.UserManage.py：将用户信息进行保存并上传到个人数据库内

2.faceDector.py：打开摄像头进行人脸检测

3.Timing.py：每天定时更新数据库，使其打卡记录置为0

4.main.py: 主程序（包括人脸识别部分）
