Email collaborators when they are invited

gist id undefined when reloading /gist/:id

view-files.js:5 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '_id' of undefined

All validations are run against the token. The client-side of sharejs auth would use Meteor.userId() for the token. So, for a returned document from database, the following will check for equality of userId and token or presence of token in invitedUsers.

everyone should be able to just view file list and collaborator list
only owner is allowed to create/delete file, invite user, remove users
collaborators are allowed to remove themselves only

Delete file within gist

Pressing the 'x' deletes the file, but filename doesn't get cleared off the list:

Still able to type into code editor

Scenario: Just signed-out of 'Edit Gist' page, but still able to type into Code Editor. Did a sign-in on 'Edit Gist' page, and the Code Editor was disable despite being a user.

Add new file

Indicate successful publish to github

Reloading gist will revert file content
