Modifications

• Added viewport meta tag to make the page mobile friendly.
• Added CSS link tag to import custom CSS scripts.

Files

• gutenberg/styles contains SCSS source css files. They are not used.
• gutenberg/styles.css is the compiled css file which is actually used by HTML files.

ugly.html has its css embedded in html page. Although it inherits some css from the good one it definitely is not making good use of it.
