i need to start using invoke-webrequest command as it allows collection of the status code instead of invoke-restmethod

this is because IRM doesn't have any returned json for a delete method, so the only way to test a delete method is to try a get. this doesn't make sense.

each block needs to deploy a database and or collection if it needs it. this will allow the blocks to be run independantly.

when searching for a database, can we ask for verbose output, ie, id, ttl on coll etc etc.

new collection function should return true or false depending on the result of the request to create the collection.

need to set a default index, as currently everything deploys with a custom one.

I am wondering is there a way to have more control over Collection creation as at the moment it is missing index setup as well as TTL (time to live).

TTL value setup is quite useful once there is data retention policies and it eases maintenance routines like removing outdated data from the data sets.

Get-CosmosDBDocuments needs to be able to take a document name (id) as a parameter and report back if it exists.

Document upload to emulator isnt working. Probably to azure db too.

Get-CosmosDBCollections needs to be able to take a Collection name as a parameter and report back if it exists.

can we do this when creating a collection.
