Handle edited message properly by Stack Relay bot in Discord

Return an instance of DiscordSocketClient as async instead of void.

Handle message edits from each platform, and update the relayed message on the target.

Webinterface for logs and statistics

Would be nice, because SSH or rdp into a server is bothering at times, especially on mobile.

Command line arguments can be exposed publicly via the eval commands (I always knew it was dangerous) so we should find an alternate way of getting the login credentials into the application

Auto rejoin on startup

Probably store channels the bot is connected to when he joins them in the config, and then on startup rejoin all of them. An almost seamless recovery from a crash then.

I don't know if there is a way to make some messages "important" in Discord. Maybe create a "starred" room, and maintain the messages there. But we should keep the starboard feature in Discord too.
