Make event controller tests more clear. Either make sure that the ChronoTimer tests fully test the event controllers, or add additional tests to the event controller test files.
If the event controller files will not be used, they need to be removed to avoid confusing the TA / Professor.

According to professor (in email to me on 4/24/2016):

• Power OFF should end the current run.
• When the system is powered back ON, the system should be in the initialized state (however, you manually need to do a new run). Channels should be in their default (disabled) state.

Also, check all the test cases related to this to ensure they are testing for the correct behavior.

We can ignore the "CANCEL" event from the requirements. It is not a command. (per email with Jon 4/24/2016).
