Create pipeline that pulls data down from database and gets it into a format conducive to modeling

Need to change the columns born_county and foo_county to born_country and foo_country

Need to create a new table in the database to store fight data. Create the table from python in the init_fight_data file, and then loop through and insert the data. Once the table has been populated (dumping the actual fight data into a JSON column), need to create a script that updates the table based on most recent fight ids.

The event_id column is being added to to the eventid table as a string which means it isn't sorting correctly. Need to change both the fight id scrapers to convert the column to numeric before writing to database.
