Does not work for waste_collection, at all

1. Take in Address Data from Users [Street-Number, Street-Name, Postal-Code] -> relate that to "address_id"
2. Use Address-ID to get the Schedule Code and Collection day => Inside address_collection.csv
3. Use Schedule Code to get Collection-Date and Program-code-array = > In collection_schedule
   Program-code-array -> [waste_collection.csv] relates to what kind of garbage collection it is (second theme)
4. Schedule Code used to get schedule-type-code and schedule-name => schedule_master.csv
5. Schedule-type-code used to get schedule-type-name (ie Curbside Collection)[pretty useless] => schedule_type.csv

Login fields:

• password
• first name
• last name
• address (street name, street number, postal code)
• email
• phone number (optional if they want text)

Should have:

• login box
• button to create user page
• name of our app
• link to guelph, sponsor guelph
• brief bullet point description of app
