In the input section , the UI doesnt show the entire time , it cuts on half ,

The MongoDB URL Is exposed to public as even though it is in a .env file , still it is on github and is visible to anyone

The Vercel App Link provided is not functioning and giving a 404 Not Found Error

I noticed the presence of two package.json files. One outside expense-tracker folder and one more outside it.
One more request - please avoid committing node_modules

The project structure is a bit messy , It can be made a lot better by removing the node modules folder and adding all the files to a single place instead of the folder "expense-tracker"
and this project structure makes it hard to refer to the documentation as well

here is what can be done

• Removal of node modules folder as it takes extra space and can be downloaded easily with the npm install command
• Moving all files from the "expense-tracker" folder to the outside folder and removing the extra package.json and package-lock.json
• Editing the documentation to adhere to the new file structure , adding a new npm install command.

Whenever we try to add some transaction , there is error that is poping up in the console

Enhance the website by adding dark/light mode, structured web page , and a navbar and deatiles tracking information. Please assign this issue to me under PHICSIT @BTANISHA11
