cellstore: move Store format description to sntable?

I'd suggest to move Store format description to https://godoc.org/github.com/bsm/sntable

https://github.com/bsm/geokit/blob/master/cellstore/doc.go#L7-L25

Roughly, replace this entire block by smth like "Store is backed by github.com/bsm/sntable". Or even more than just "Store" section?

Motivation: IMO, it's misleading - I had to read sntable's code to understand that I don't have to write any additional/wrapping code for cellstore.NewWriter.
