Widget installed, setup server, test run, but nothing to see at the widget

Hi
I've downloaded the widget and pointed to my ci server. widget spins and shows at the top the entered server. ci server works and shows builds and tests but the widget doesn't.
ci server is password protected and widget has no option to enter the password.
could you please give some advice how to use it with a password protected ci server?
