This is the home for all of the BSides Boulder Planning and working activities.
Home Page: http://www.bsidesboulder.org
The goal is that we need something that matches with what we have for the website, and our logoing (not that they have to be similar, just looking for something that looks clean and complementary and different from the base UI-Kit look and feel). In the end we will probably end up using these fonts for the signs if they look nice enough.
This is probbably a good place to start, but if you need to extend out we can. Key is that we need Woff/Woff2, Eot, and TTF font types so that we can have parity across all devices.

Add info about Adan to the speaker page once it's received by @mattrepl
We need to get a nice clean looking mast for the homepage jumbotron layout (and replace the god awful placeholder).
I figure it might be worth embedding our Twitter feed on the homepage of the site, so that any updates or messages posted there appear on the site as well.
This is a transparency issue that needs to be addressed.
Since the event is open to everyone now, people don't need to register through Eventbrite anymore. We should probably update the site with that info.
At least on Safari + Chrome for iOS, the BSides Boulder logo on the landing page is cut off a little on the sides. I'll change the image scaling to make the full logo appear on-screen.
Currently the browser is using the default favicon.
There are a few typos in bsidesboulder.org/transparency

Make sure that all of the colors and logos are updated to the new version of the logo in the bsb2020v2 theme
The service worker was creating issues during the revision process because it was background chaching all of the content of the webpage, which is hellish to deal with during the development process
-BSides is coming to Boulder!
-How can I view the conference?
-How can I participate?
-Volunteering
The front page of the site really needs an overhaul. I'm thinking that we need to update to include big version of the Logo, Count down clock, Ticket Information, Venue, And Virtual Backup Plan.
Only noticed this when I went to bsidesboulder.org through a link on Twitter, which apparently shows you the desktop site. When the width of the window is small, the Twitter feed takes up the top of the page, where the title and information probably ought to be (see picture). I can work on fixing this later tonight.
use javascript upgrade to TLS.
The links are a bit difficult to read, and the text looks a little off since it isn't centered. I'm going to change the footer link color to something lighter to make it contrast against the background better, and center the two columns.
Fix image sizing now that we have removed the speaker card size issue.
Need to grab the contents of the twitter feed and replace the layout of the content. This was added to be a quick fix but with the new design this just looks bad.
The links from the /speakers
page to the /sessions
page are broken for the following speakers due to changes in the talk titles:
data/speakers/mckee_james.yaml
)List Matt as the lead for the CFP on https://bsidesboulder.org/transparency.
content/pages/volunteers.md
(link) seems to reference a shortcode {{< volunteerform >}}
that isn't defined anywhere in the source. As a result the volunteer form isn't showing up on the volunteer page (https://bsidesboulder.org/volunteers):
Since we are starting to get back online we are going to need to update the message for COVID-19 with the new date.
https://bsidesboulder.org/speakers is broken on mobile (text overflowing from containing element and making the page look messy.)
