实现了部分功能
1.扫描指定ip的端口是否开放
2.python mananger.py getinfo 命令通过snmp获取磁盘信息并通过网页形式展现
3.oracle监控（尚未完成，已开发部分功能，见内部代码）
4.网络爬虫为读取mysql内容（通过scrapy获取到的）
