• move LegacyPresentationUtility to Songhay.Modules.Publications.Tests
• replace the toPresentationCreditsResult function with an IDictionary<string, Result<RoleCredit list, JsonException>> set
• write Presentation data to local Azure Storage mirror 🪞

the SyndicationFeedPropertyName literal should not be wrapped inside of the functions in this module

i think the only reason why i allowed myself to write Name.fromInput the way i did was because i argued that SegmentName is not a really a Name even though it has Name in its Name; i probably argued that SegmentName is closer to DisplayText [GitHub] 🐇 🕳️

but now, let us keep things simple

• ensure that --rx-player-width and --rx-player-height are added to Presentation.cssVariables🔨
• ensure that --rx-player-background-image is parameterized as Presentation.cssVariables 🔨
