The terminal exits while activating the container

when I try to activate the container by running $ source denv/bin/activate, the terminal exits.

also when i tired to activate by another command $ devc activate denv i got error:

[ERROR] error activating devc (an env is already present). Retry after deactivating the current env!

[Error] : [devc activate error] : exit status 1

images exists
$ devc images

Error (`unknown flag: --output`) while pull python image

while i pull the image it shows error: unknown flag: --output.

$ devc pull alpine env
unknown flag: --output

[Error] : [pull error] : exit status 125

Also when I build the folder with Dockerfile it also shows error: unknown flag: --output.

devc build devenv
unknown flag: --output
